I've applied to Curve directly. The process was split on several interviews: - Chat with internal recruiter - Initial technical interview about experience - System design interview - Two culture interviews Interview was pretty simple and enjoyable. I was quite surprised that there were no coding part, probably that was compensated with thorough system design interview. System design interview was about designing a small part of Curve system, quite realistic. This was followed by two cultural behaviour interviews. The feedback was pretty full and after each part of the process.

The interview process was quick in comparison to others I've had. The Talent Partner had Headhunted me and gave me a great insight into the role and the company values! I was then brought the onsite, meeting with a number of different stakeholders both within Engineering and cross-functional teams I would be working with. Everyone made me feel relaxed and it was great to see how passionate everyone is about working there. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer but will be keeping my eye on opportunities in the future.
