I applied online and received a phone call within a week or so after applying. I was asked to come to come in for an interview with the HR recruiter and then with the hiring manager. The questions were based on my past experience, as well as my competence. The recruiter talked to me for about an hour, and then I spoke with the hiring manager for about an hour and a half.
