Participei de um processo para o cargo de Gerente e Infelizmente a empresa não da retorno, mesmo que negativo ao candidato.
O Candidato quem que ficar implorando um retorno do RH, e mesmo assim não obtive, situação extremamente desagradável, acredito que falta empatia por parte de quem recruta!!!

the interview process was conducted face to face and is smooth. Interviewed by the management at the office. Asked about the candidate background and experience and some technical question would be asked as well

Wa very smooth with a nice process till onboarding to the organisation , took bit time to complete the process including the pre medical test, and the interview will go more than two rounds
