Meet with HR, director, and managing principal. I met with the team at the end to set an expectation of who they are. The team was friendly and end up working well now.

I went through two interview rounds: the first was an introductory call, and the second took place in person in their office with the head of the department I would potentially have joined. After that, they completely disappeared. I followed up twice over the course of a month to kindly ask for any updates, but I never received any response.

I did get no feed back or return to my application since I am a non native Dutch speaker. I heard via a friend that speaking perfect Dutch is a big issue in that company.
