I applied for a position and was surprised that the hiring manager reached out to me directly. I like the fact that they didn't engage a recruiter. Most recruiters no nothing about the details of the skillset required to do the job and can never answer specific questions. Dealing directly with the hiring manager, made it more of a personable experience.
I liked the atmosphere and the culture appeared pleasant. We went back and forth with salary negotiations and could not meet what I was asking, so they ended up going with someone else. I really wished it could have worked out, it would have been a great fit!

It was a standard interview process that lasted about 30 minutes, conducted by the team director alone. The interview covered about 6 different questions, starting with introductory questions and progressing to more specific project management scenarios and experiences.

15min phone call where the recruiter came 20min late. Basic questions around my background. As an old worker in the company (for the same position) the recruiter was not inform about the ERP system the company use. Also the recruiter did not get in touch with my refference inside the company. After 2 weeks the feedback was an automatic email considering not continue with my application.
