Sometimes slow communication wise but overall a smooth process. Once the process was over and the offer turned down, I did not hear from any company representative which I thought was a bit odd. All staff involved were very kind and understanding.

Interview was fairly simple and straight forward. Phone screening and then teams video interview. The whole interview process just felt like a conversation, it didn’t feel super intense, with the exception of a few personality questions of what you would do in certain situations in regards to leadership, trust, dealing with difficult customers etc!
