I had an intial chat with an engineer on the team, a take home task and then a final interview to discuss the task. The interviews and the tasks went well (althought he open ended nature of the task makes it quite difficult to get started). My main issue comes from the communication post interview process. I finished my interviews in June 2025, and it is now March 2026 and although all my feedback was positive I have been put on hold repeatadly with conflicting information as to why. I have been promsed a decision would be made in August, then Ocotober, then November, then January and then March, but each time it gets delayed without a proper explaination All communcation has been done through the recruitment agency they use which have been awful during this time. They were reasonably helpful during the initial process but during these delays, most of my emails are ignored, when they do reply they just ignore any questions I asked and anytime I ring I never get a call back. After performing very well during the interviews only yo be put on hold for months with constant broken promises and inadequate communication around what's caused the delays has been an awful experience, This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had interviewing with a company and I hope it's only a one off,.
