A mentor of mine referred me to the job, as they had a personal connection to the CEO. I met with the CEO for about 30 minutes and talked very casually. He told me about the company, how they started, what their vision is, and what they were looking for in an employee. The overall interview was very laid back, and conversational based to see how I would interact with customers on the phone. I was able to ask questions about the position, such as would there be cold-calling (which there is not) and felt very comfortable throughout the entire meeting.
