The first red flag was when the recruiter was late to the interview by 2.5 minutes. Upon entering the teams meeting they didn't apologize for being late. Threetime during the interview they had short interruptions which seemed weird. The recruiter should have rescheduled at this point. As a seasoned sales professional I politely informed the person that I was no longer interested in the position and moving forward.
I have to add there was not opportunity to transition the conversation I n due to the HR person being poorly prepared.
