Extremely low tension, low pressure. I was extremely comfortable in my interview in big part to how I was treated throughout the process. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely personable and friendly. Since being there, this has continued. The leaders and members are very respectful, patient, and extremely helpful. I came in not knowing anything about the industry, but if you show that you are passionate and willing to learn, they are much more likely to help you out.
