A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a discussion which lasted around 30 minutes, where they gave me a lot of information about the company. I found it useful as I never heard of this company before. Some of my questions weren't addressed, but these were deeper technical questions, which they said are gonna get back to me about.
Had quite transparent comp discussion, where they asked whether I look at the whole package or just salary and bonus. I got an impression that they are willing to work with my numbers and expectations.

3 levels. First - conversation with the recruiter. Second - technical interview. Third - final interview about soft skills and answering questions. The technical interview begins with general questions and then step by step went deeper.
