The interview process started with a video call with two team members, during which we talked about my background, motivation, and interest in the trainee position. After the call, I received a case study that I was asked to complete. In the next step, I presented my case study on-site at the office, which also gave me the opportunity to meet more of the team and get to know the working environment. After the presentation, the team got back to me later with an offer. Overall, the process was straightforward, transparent, and very welcoming.
