Worst experience. HR has no info neither they like to share info with candidate First they called me on a weekday for interview, which was scheduled 1 week prior and I specifically asked to complete the process within 1 day so I don't have to take leave again. But some how the team was not available for interview and HR didn't know about it. they wasted my time for a couple of hours with online tests which I could have given online. And after that he told me that the panel is busy in some hackathon. They called me the next day for a face to face round which I cleared as told by HR. and she told me that she would setup a zoom interview round with one of the senior VP. I didn't get any call/mail for 6 days and when I dropped a mail to HR, She replied that they are moving forward with other candidates. No reason why as I had already cleared the previous round. Must be CTC issue, which HR didn't know.

Interview consists of following rounds for me - 1.) Written and machine test - - Technical Java Question Paper Test with programming questions - Aptitude Test on machine 15 mins 50 questions sort of those are very easy but less time. - Psychometric test 29 questions with no time limit. 2.) Technical Interview - 1 (with application lead) 3.) Technical Interview - 2 (with somewhat same level application lead of different team) 4.) Technical Interview - 3 (With Senior engineering Manager) 5.) HR Interview (related to salary expectations, company and culture) Result - decided to move with other candidates may be due to CTC issue. It was really unhelpful and just wasted my entire day for nothing.
