It was a vary basic interview starting with an online aptitude test. They pretend to be very busy behind the laptop screen. These people think that they are hiring the best but as far as I saw they are pick candidates randomly, call them for interview and then selects no one. I don't understand if they have to pick no body, why they even shortlist candidates before calling. Cvent is really a good company but their HR process is very strange and weird. Its more like insulting candidates by calling them without considering their resumes at first and then rejecting. I gave answers to everything but still they didn't select me or any fellow person who are currently sitting is far best companies today.
