I applied to this post through campus recruitment and got selected to come to office for interviews and tests.
Aptitude test is great and has a range of questions including English based questions, logical reasoning, mathematical and many other. The main key is time management to answer 50 questions in limited time.
The interview after the elimination aptitude test was purely technical based on the projects made, the subjects part of curriculum and based on your resume.

HR contacted me via email then set up time to talk to Quality Engineer Manager on the phone. Most of questions are about currently job and experience in software automation technologies.

All general about current work: technologies and people in organization
The recruiters were friendly and communicative. The interview process was just okay but too long. Interview with 4 different managers over 6 hour period and not even lunch break in between. They do not pay much but considers themselves Google or something.
