After 3 rounds of in person interviews they offered a computer security graduate with 2 years of experience a $15 per hour rate. Cyflare needs to be more forthright about their noncompetitive pay rates. Not worth the time.

The usual. Got gassed up by them till the interview. They pulled some sketchiness to where I was the only one being videoed.
I interviewed with the exec admin, director and a supervisor there. The director was late and couldn't be bothered to stop with his emails.
He basically cut my interview to say "Do you have any experience using siems" I mention that I explained what they are, used them in the labs and mentioned the ones that they used and that I've used similar for other uses at a fortune 100 tech company. He said "so that's a no... we're done", we'll get back to you.
EVERYONE GHOSTED ME. I emailed them and LI messaged them with the improvements I made and got ghosted.
2 Rounds, one phone screen, one in person interview with the whole team.
Second round was technical around layer 3 tech and SIEM technologies.
The SOC visit is all about understanding the vision, which is great.
