The interview process was a pretty straightforward but technical one. It was very laid back and made you excited for the opportunity to work here since the manager and panel were so chill. I only had to do one interview due to outside forces but I believe it is normally two rounds and I got feedback exactly when I was told I would (about 2 weeks after interview). As long as you can clearly express your competencies, be yourself and be confident in your skills you should get an offer. They also check references, drug test, and a background check.
