By far the worst experience in my career! Over the course of 4 months I got a chance to meet 13 people (virtually). Considering that the company employs 90 people, I met with 15% of the company. The process and expectations were not set at the beginning of my 4 months journey, I was being introduces to more and more people. All interviews went very well, from individual contributors to executives. In the end, communication with the company just ended. I never heard from them. I realize there is notion of “ ghosting” but never thought this could happen with a respectable company while interviewing for an executive level role. This shows fundamental culture at the company. Sad!
