The application and hiring process are fairly simple. A background check is completed after you're made your tentative offer. They do not drug test (but should). A lot of the applicants come in as referrals from current family members or friends who work there. They dont get a lot of applicants so competition isn't tough. However they are somewhat picky when choosing their future employees. The interview its self is a 3 person panel interview where you are asked more personality based questions as they are trying to gauge your way of thinking and your process to get there.

One of the most interesting questions was "if you could have a dinner party with you and 3 other people (anyone) who would it be and why. This question changes though with a variation of "who would you be on vacation with" or " if you were stranded on an island what 3 items would you have and why". They really want to see how you think here.
There are several questions that focus around "give me a time when" so be prepared to answer questions like that as they do vary in what kind of situation. Ie, when you had a difficult customer and how did you overcome it? Or, give us an example of a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
