The HR round was a discussion on my previous projects and how I did it, difficulties faces and how I solved it. The video call with the CEO involved technical questions on how to implement a location based website.

HR The interview process is very quick. 1st rounds were technical with their Technical Lead he asked questions from current project c#, oops, abstract and interface, MVC, routing, web api and asked exp about hmtl5, CSS, Jquery, and Bootstrap. 2nd rounds with Manager, he asked questions from Webservices, API's, Project Management, Agile, Role in your company, Association rules, basis from SQL SERVER. 3rd form CEO, Canada, telephonic round, he asked more technical about c#, mvc, association, and aggregation, diff between REST and SOAP, design pattern, Agile, SASS and LESS, PostgresSQL 4th round with HR, why looking for change, CTC,ECTC and NP. Salary is too low when compared to Market, they will give only 15% to 30 % hike from your current CTC. They ask candidates to join immediately but they should give salary to some standards.
