i get the negative reviews now. i read the reviews before intervieweing , but the company seemed nice and the opprotunity looked awesome, so i decided to come with an open mind. i was wrong. get ready for a negative experience even if you come with a positive attitude. they actually made me feel bad about myself. i tend to suspect this is one of the companies full of bravado and exclusion.

After HR phone call i met with tow programmers. Started by explaining about the team and afterwards i talked about myself. Then they gave me an excercise. Afterwards i got 10 min for asking questions.

HR Interview: A brief initial conversation with HR to discuss background, motivations, and the role. Technical Interview (On-site): First, I was asked to describe a feature I had developed in the past, including technical and design considerations. Then, I was given a system design/algorithm question: how to efficiently review files from an S3 bucket based on a provided API. Live Coding Challenge (2 hours): A hands-on programming task completed on-site. The solution had to be implemented in either Python or JavaScript.
