I had a phone interview followed by 2 face to face interviews, plus they got me to do a pretty involved assignment to prove my skills. The feedback on the assignment was positive, but after the second face to face interview (this time with the CEO who was almost half an hour late to the interview) the completely ghosted me. No follow up whatsoever, not even a one line email to say I'd been unsuccessful. Very rude and very unprofessional.
