1. Aptitude and Engineering test This test consists of Quant ,verbal ,reasoning and data interpretation questions . Engineering test would be of your core field . For me it was on electronics related , like opamps,electrical circuits , star delta , find current in circuit etc 2. Technical interview The toughest part of the process is TI. Here you need to face technical questions from senior employee of company . Most of the candidates are rejected in this round . He can ask any number of questions and ask you to draw circuits etc. From my college 400 have appeared among them 16 got shortlisted for TI . From that 12 were recommended for HR round . 3. HR Here you will be asked to tell about yourself and your interests . Answer them properly and show you are interested in joining company . Results will be declared after 1month through mails . 95 percent who have appeared for HR round gets selected . Out of 12 only 8got selected into company .
