Cyient came to Bangalore for a pool campus for hiring fresh graduate.It was one day hiring process.Total 4 round were there.1st round was aptitude test, where simple aptitude and English question were there. 2nd round was group discussion, in this round they selected almost 20% of shortlisted candidate from first round.Then the 3rd round was technical interview.In technical interview they asked all the basics from the academics, and the final round was HR interview. HR round was just a formality round.

There are Two rounds at least. Detailed technical interview is done in the first round and then if shortlisted in the second round and interview is done with head of the department.

They called for a walk-in interview and sent back 70% of the candidates by just getting their resumes & without giving proper reason. We waited for 3 hours solid just to get this kind of response from the company person.
