Phone screen with manager followed by onsite. Hiring manager was very nice and professional, however her recent hires were recent PhD graduates and literally had no idea of practical world. They cared about theory and mathematical equations, which is a shame because they had literally 0 years of experience in the industry. One of the only times, I made the interview know they need more experience to ask meaning questions. Can't actually imagine working with such people.
