You need to apply online and then you get a call from someone and they ask basic questions to see how fluent you are in your native language and English.

They ask you to describe your favorite dish in the language you are interviewing for. They ask what is your favorite memory growing up. They mainly want to see how well you speak English and the other language, in my case it was Portuguese.
