I applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview. The first phone interview was more about language skills. If you pass that interview they schedule another phone interview and then a in-person interview.
Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.

What interpretation experience have you had in the past?
Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
