Streamlined and over the phone. First call was to confirm personal information. second call consisted on the actual interview to test language proficiency. The interview lasted around half an hour and simple questions that were to be answered in English, and the target language. Then pieces of conversation had to be translated from the target language to English, and viceversa. At the end, words had to be translated quickly between languages.

The recruiter was 7 minutes late. She told me about the job, asked me what sort of experience I have interpreting, etc. (you'll find the specific questions posted already). I had a good interview. She cut me short and ended the meeting while I said goodbye, no time for that!
