some what easy, they interview more than one person at the same time so be prepared and also they do have a short trainnig. they would make you describe a something you like and be very specific. sometimes using big words would help the scenario. Its best if you prepare yourself by practicing interpreting with another person or by watching tv.

What interpretation experience have you had in the past?
Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
