The interview was very straightforward. I was asked to give an hour long seminar followed by individual interviews with the different team members and leadership. The process was smooth and overall a very pleasant experience. I received an offer shortly after the interview and I even talked to the CEO in a personal phone call which convinced me even further to accept.

People asked about the specific skills I would bring to the company and some specific scientific questions. During the interview I noticed almost everyone had a genuine interest in my personal ambitions and goals and how that would fit with the company.
