A bit haphazard. Lots of rescheduling last minute. Emails not received. However the team were all lovely during the interviews. A bit unclear on what they wanted for the role.

Applied on LinkedIn. Was never asked to do a competency based task or ever really asked any marketing questions even. Overall, process was very excessive for the seniority of the role - 4 interviews with 4 different people in a single week (Talent, Marketing, two members of C suite). I can't understand how any start-up company has the time to conduct that many interviews. Pretty good energy from everyone except the CEO. Interview with CEO was the strangest interview experience I have ever had.

Nothing! I was not asked a single competency based question, but was asked to describe myself and my background over and over and over again, with a new person each time. Such an odd experience.
