Bad experience. I got the impression that they don't really want to hire. 1. Screening interview (30m): General questions about me, etc. 2. Take home assignment (4h - they say) : A web IDE like atom or vscode with a long list of specific requirements and bonus points. There's no time frame but they suggest that you finish it in 4h, which is impossible even for experienced developers if you want to make something decent. 3. Interview with 2 team members: Mostly questions regarding the solution for the home assignment and generic non-tech questions about the way I work etc. After that step, I received a copy-paste email saying that they won't proceed to the next steps, with no specific feedback, other than "other candidates more closely matching the requirements of the role". I'm quite suspicious with job ads that are out there for many months and my experience confirmed it. Their interview process is just a waste of time.
