The interview process felt disorganized and unclear. At first, I enjoyed it and felt it was clear-cut. However, as it progressed, there was a lot of back-and-forth and extra conversations, which obviously indicated hesitation and disorganization. I completed a case study but never received feedback on it. The team seemed unsure about extending an offer but did it anyway…? Overall, the whole thing felt a little unprofessional from a candidate's perspective. I politely and graciously declined and never heard back from the recruiter.

Initially applied for this position on 1 Nov 2024 and was automatically rejected. Applied again for the same position on 2 Dec and moved forward. The first call with talent to rejection was about 6 weeks, with multiple team calls, tasks & calls with the CEO. After hours of calls and tasks, I was rejected because the CEO didn't "feel I was right", but I was told my direct team thought I would be great. The CEO calls were some of the most awkward, strangest interview calls I've ever had. I would avoid Cytora if you are passionate about marketing - sadly I think they will hire based on whatever emotional feeling the CEO is looking for, not based on performance or skill.
