I was approached by a recruiter for the initial interview, which consisted of a video Skype call going over my skills and salary qualifications. The individuals I spoke to were incredibly professional and easy to speak with. We corresponded a few times over email as well, and they mentioned the possibility of an online coding test if the company expressed interest. Unfortunately, I was never given a chance at the test. After they passed my information and resume along, I was told that the company didn't want to move forward because of my lack of internships.
