I applied online and got an email for inviting me to an interview. The first round of interview was basic questions and lasted for 20 minutes. If you move forward to the next phase, it would be a longer interview.

your application is screened and they call you for an interview first round is very basic questions and you brief idea about the company. the second round is much more detail oriented .compensation and organization structure is explained in detail and also the interview is difficult and longer then the first round.
