Phone interview with hiring manager. She didn’t seem to have read my resume. I had to explain a lot of my skills and how they would relate to the job. Thought it would have been screener questions, but it was a pretty lengthy interview.

Submitted application online, was contacted by a recruiter 4 days later for a phone interview. Didn't have enough experience, didn't progress to the next round. The interviewer didn't seem to have read my resume at all, or at least, seemed like she was seeing my resume for the first time.
