Really smooth process. First I got a take home assessment and then an interview. Most of the question were behavioural and interviewers were very friendly. For the assessment you should have knowledge about sql and for the interview you can prepare by answering behavioural questions

First round is the phone screening interview with someone from HR, if you get through this, then they will send you a technical assessment that usually has to be submitted within the next 3 days. Once the technical round is cleared, then they will call you for a panel interview, in which they would suggest a list of potential interviewers and only 2 of the list will be interviewing you. You would not know till the time of interview who is going to interview you. Once and if you clear the panel round which is with the managers and / or executives directly or indirectly leading your job role, you may get called to put in your references.

There was two stages to the interview process.
1) Take-home assignment (Related to SQL and customer service)
2)Behavioral Interview (1 hour long with 2 managers in the field)
However, this company process is extremely slow. I did the take home assignment on the Jan 18th and got the interview on Feb 1st. However, after sending multiple follow-up emails I did not get an response from them which is surprising as a lot of people didn't apply for this role. On March 8th, I finally get a response from them. Following the rejection email, they have the audacity to send survey email about the interview. I'm so glad that I got another internship which pays almost double and their HR management is 10x better than this company. Also, remember if you're applying here you will need to relocate and the pay isn't enough to justify this ($17-$23 per hour). On top of that, you have to work from 8-5 Monday to Friday compared to the regular 9-5.
