The interview started with a tour of the HQ office, from data center to rooftop patio. There was only the hiring manager and I during the interview, very comfortable setting. It lasted somewhere around 30 minutes and ranged questions from hobbies to company growth. The interviewer and I wonderful conversation regarding how disruptive hot heads in the office can be.

There was an ad on craigslist and I sent in my resume and cover letter. They called me to come in and interview. They had just opened the Marketing department and I was the 2nd employee (eventually) to join the department. The guy who interviewed me did not seem to have a lot of experience in an interview. He was very casual, talked for a very long time about the company and what his experience was prior to joining the company. I walked out of the interview thinking that I did not get the job. I got a voicemail the next day with a job offer from them.
