Before you are called for an interview you are required to complete a candidate questionnaire which has seven questions. Three are job-related interview type questions and the other four are about why you are interested in the position, why you are job hunting, what your salary expectations are, and whether you are authorized to work in the U.S. For the interview itself, two people were on the panel both of who I would work with if I was offered the hob and and one of them was the hiring manager. They asked typical interview questions but it felt more relaxed than other organizations. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to.
