Followed up with the recruiter after a campus career fair. There were two phone calls and an interview at the companies headquarters, which was followed by a facilities tour. No offer was made.

Name a time you had an out of the box solution for a problem.
Very casual and nice interview, really enjoyed speaking with them as they were very uplifting and were genuinely interested in hearing more about me and my resume. I think interview lasted about 35 minutes, was discussing a lot of stuff and shared interests
