Very informal and relaxed. The panel asked for my past experience and a few situational questions, but no mechanical aptitude test was required! I felt this to be odd considering it was for a mechanical position! Had a panel interview with Mechanical Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, and HR Manager. Was told the salary, non negotiable, benefits package, and screening process from there! Was extended an offer, given a benefits overview and required to pass physical and drug screen.
