I had a great interview experience. The interviewer was very communicative, well explained on the role and job scope, and also made an effort to understand my situation and background.

The initial stage of the application process was an online written test, relevant to the role. Subsequently, the HR staff scheduled a face-to-face interview, with questions related to the scope of work. Unfortunately, the interview ended with a negative experience due to the difference in information on HR matters such as the work arrangement, pay range, and the uncertainties in the career progression. This could have been avoided if the information had been shared before the onsite interview, which differs very much from the job description stated online. A definite waste of trip down to the office, located in the industrial area. One that can be improved on, arrange for an onsite interview at the ACTUAL workplace instead of the HR office - this provides a better view for the candidate to have a feel of the work environment.
