Awful. Worst ever. The process consisted of: online assessment, listening test (to see if you understand English with an accent), two essay tests (one business case study, one given topic), and an interview. The interview took a whole day, from 8 am in the morning to 8pm (considering the after interview dinner). I don't know if the interviewers were trying to intimidate me, but they just came off as condescending and rude. After all that, I felt the least they can do is send a sorry mail. Felt like the interviewers had no respect for interviewees.
