Got the call from recruitment agency.
There was some online test after which I got the mail that I am selected for the interview.
Then I was asked to submit my salary slips, PAN card copy before the interview, which I refused to give.
Anyhow my interview was scheduled & that to for some vague expectations.
Then had the interview with some manager who was not interested & thankfully it took 20 mins & didn't waste much of my time.
These people will not be doing any rocket science but during the interview their expectations are of a rocket scientist for a little salary.
It just build the crowd & lot of hype around that they are hiring, but in reality it is not but waste the time of many people collectively & project that they are technically leading the industry.
Suggestion to all candidates - If you really have that extra time to waste then only try for this else ignore it & have peace of your mind.

In coding test, one question was to find the count of unique characters in the given string.
Other question was to get the country code of the given country from the given URI where you can pass country name name & get some data. Then you will need to parse that data to fetch the country code field data.
The manager was looking for some 10+ years experienced person who designed & built the enterprise level applications from scratch, means some person who can confidently fake his/her intelligence & can fit to DBS policies to fool the people.
He wanted to know that design.
In short, its all fake show-off here that they do exceptional work but reality will be total opposite.

Initially got a call from foundit for intial screening. After one week got a call for first round of interview which concludes total followed one after another.Three rounds with one coding test followed by two technical interview rounds on Java , spring boot, Microservices and devops.
After that followed by hr round where discussion about comapany police’s and salary.
