It was a phone interview with the hiring manager, and another manager from a nearby area. They were down to earth, and very professional. We talked about technical aspects, safety, and integrity, with a few of those behavioral questions mixed in.

The interview was informative, professional, as well as comfortable. They had a standardized list of questions that kept the meeting moving in a positive direction. The interview was a two-way interview, they spent time providing information on the position and the company, not only focusing on the qualifications of the applicant.

I had a phone interview at first, then a face to face interview at the corporate office in Greeley, CO. I met with Joe and everything proceeded very casually but professional at the same time.
