The entire process took about 3-4 weeks from initial contact to the onsite interview. The first contact was by the hiring manager. Short phone interview about 30 minutes. Then I was called for an onsite interview. 4 more candidates interviewed at the same time. I interviewed with two gentlemen. One from HSE and the other one a PSM manager.

One question I was asked was do you use your phone while driving? Most of the questions are STAR questions. Make sure you relate professional experiences to these questions. Also research the company and find out a lot about them
