First contact is a phone interview with the hiring manger, who might become your boss once on the job along with a senior engineer in the back ground silently listening in on the phone interview. Then you get invited in for an in-person interview. Now this is where it gets strange. Instead of meeting at the branch office up the road you have to go through the process of getting a temporary badge and vehicle pass to get onto TACOM and meet the interviewer. So that alone can take an hour, plan your self plenty of time to get to the interview. Once there the manager will sit you down in his office for a quick overview of the company and the company benefits, strange that benefits would be one of the first things to be discussed, but oh well. After that you are giving a nickel tour of the facility and get to see all of the labs that DCS is operating and meet all of the DCS staff there. Then after the tour you get to sit back in the manager's office for another round of general discussion and benefits talk.
