After sending my application and being recommended by 2 friends from past jobs I was asked to come to an interview. I met with HR Junior person and 2 Client Service Directors fro DDB and Tribal. One of them was constantly apologizing for being on line and on e-mails cause she had some difficulties with her project, Eventually lady apologized an left cause there was some drama with her project and Client going on.
