Fantastic. Relaxed, casual, very honest about how they function. Set the right expectations from the get go. There was no discrimination of any sort. They made me feel at ease right from the beginning.

The process involved three interviews, each about 30 minutes long. The interviewers were nice. I was told it would be a "quick turnaround" as they were trying to fill the position. Followed up with each person I interacted with after the interviews and none of them got back to me. Then after a few more weeks they told me they were no longer hiring for the role. Pretty bad communication on their part, but from rumblings I hear in the market the parent company Omnicom is to blame for the position never being filled.
