Set up an initial interview with me that was surprisingly short (no more than 10 minutes). Staff was very friendly and helpful in coordinating a second interview that took place no more than a week or so later (this one being three consecutive interviews and lasting about an hour). However, following this second interview, after following up with each of the women I'd spoken with, I never received a reply. They completely fell off the grid, ignored second and even third followups as well as two phone calls to the office.
